Selling Your Home

With a strong background in marketing, and a strong knowledge of the Portland Metro Real Estate market, I work hard to price your home fairly and competitively. In the current "declining" market it is important for Sellers to recognize that prices have declined significantly in the past few years. If you bought your home in 2005, 2006 or 2007, and want to sell it now, you may be selling for less than what you paid. The good news is that you will also be buying in a declining market. You will be able to purchase a property at less than you would have a few years ago, and at interest rates that are still incredibly low. With high inventories, and declining prices, it is imperative to price your home correctly, have it "show" beautifully, and be easily accessible to Buyers.

Buying A Home
I dedicate myself to helping you on the House Hunting side of things in the same project driven manner I use when I sell your house. I love looking at homes in all areas of Portland. I never tire of the search. But, my favorite thing, when I'm out with Buyers, is the "OMG, this is it!" moment. That's when my job truly begins. The process of writing the offer (based on comparable sales in the area), negotiating the sales agreement, standing by you in the process of inspections, (and possibly re-negotiating the deal), following through with the other Agent, the Escrow Officer, your Lender and getting it closed, are all my Top Priorities.
